In this workshop we will discuss the science behind the body’s stress response and explore movement, mindfulness and breathing exercises that you can use in your everyday life to help you address feelings of tension, pain, fatigue and disconnection.

This workshop is perfect for everyone - from those who are curious about using movement to reduce stress, to those who want to expand their mind-body practices and learn new ways to incorporate mindful movement into their daily lives.
